Volo Logistics - DNU

Thought I should share my experiences with Volo Logistics NSC# SK0192690 - 960 Assiniboine Ave E, Regina. One of my regular clients asked me to cover a lane they do not regularly ship. Mississauga to Calgary. I posted the load and Volo replied with a average quote, not the cheapest I received. 2 loads. One for pickup on Friday at 230pm and the 2nd for Tuesday 930am. Friday at 2pm they communicated their heater would not start on the trailer and could not make pickup. They offered to pickup on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). Rescheduled with shipper for 630pm on Tuesday. Volo confirmed. Tuesday morning i started reaching out to confirm pickups. I could not get any response. Phone rings twice and is sent to a vmail with out a recording. Multiple emails no response. Finally at 1230pm I get an email back from Ravi saying he was away from his desk and can send a driver now (for the 930am appt). Still wont answer my calls or give me a reason why we did not pickup at 930am. I make arrangements with shipper for 330pm and Volo confirms and also confirms 630pm 2nd truck is on schedule. Sent 7 follow up emails between 3pm and 7pm without a response. Still nobody to answer a phone call. I left about 100 vmails. 730pm I checked with shipper and neither truck showed up. Next morning I sent cancellation confirmations. Still no response or communication. Terrible experience with this carrier.
