I did it in January this year. Just got caught up with IFTA. Penalties on 2 I filed quarters cost me $100. Next move is dealing with KYU. No idea what to expect. I’m wondering about everything else. Especially the clearing house. Haven’t dealt with them at all. My annual query was due last December. I didn’t bother since I’d ceased operations and my new employer obviously filed one on myself. Wondering if I should have filed one as a company on myself. I wasn’t an employee of my company at the time. Shoukd be OK, I’m guessing. HUT and IRP wasn’t paid in 2023. No reason, wasn’t running the Truck. Didn’t pay UCR for same reason. Going to call IRP tomorrow. Just to make sure. Any info on keeping things current and avoiding fines and hassles.

Problem is if you ever reactivate your, KY will make you purchase 4? temp permits before they reactivate your license. Florida ifta makes you purchase a couple temps also.
The clearinghouse imo doesn’t matter since you shut down. Not like you’re going to get audited.Rideandrepair Thanks this.
