    Mid128- Engine
    Pid111- Coolant level
    Fmi3-Voltage above normal, shorted high

So the coolant level is ok, check light is still on even when I dissconnect sensor... I don't care about this, since the cummings is running, but I can't perform parked regen because of this problem :( How can I fix this without being ripped off?
    Thx

Either sensor is bad or your surge tank is bad one of the two the only way to fix is try to replace sensor you can do it yourself very easy one clamp holding sensor in loosen clamp and pull out sensor toward bottom no coolant will leak so don't worry install new one start truck clear codes and see if it goes away if not then either surge tank is bad or need to trace wiring

This error was on and off for a few months... and somehow I think its wiring. But since I'm a retard for fixing things, have no clue how to trace wiring.... It goes into a bulk of cables and dissapears somewhere in front of the drivers seat. Anyway, thanks for the answer, I appreciate it.

I had the same problem....it was just the coolant sensor acting up from time to time. Never consistent right. That'll fix it.

So you mean just to replace a sensor? Even I can do it ;) Hope its simple like that... I don't want to have wiring problem, because than I'll have to go to electrician... And that means rip off :(

Ya i'm sure that's what the problem is. Mine would say "check coolant at next stop". So me being cautious, I would pull over, pop my hood and the coolant level would be fine. Mine would sometimes show the check coolant on the screen then after a few miles it would go out then a little while later it would come back on again. So once again, I pull over and check the level again and it would be fine. Then it bugged me soo much that I would start looking all over the motor for coolant leaks. The only sensor that tells the level or will throw a "check coolant level at next stop" on the screen is that sensor. I've put two of them in my truck now. Actually just put one in a few weeks ago and the one before that last summer. Its around $50 and literally takes 5 mins to change. I would start there before anything else

    Caberinjo Thanks this.

I took it out, sprayed it with some cleaner for electronic parts, sprayed the plug/connection too and return it back. Later, check light went off, and that's what I needed- finally did my parked regen! If someone needs it- there is a coolant sensor on ebay for 19$, super simple to change it.
    Thx guys.

I replaced the coolant sensor and reservoir tank but the code remains on... and I've just been driving on. Now I just got a "light" error code but everything is still working. "Stop engine coolant critically low"
