Volvo 780 neutral not established

    My Volvo 780 it will not crank and on the screen says neutral not established if anyone has the same problem and fixed it please let me know how you did

    Did you try disconnecting the batteries for a short time and trying it again?

    Thank you for responding I have disconnect battery for two days and nothing happened same thing

    Check the wires behind the seat thet is a common problem with the wires some times getting steped on or pinched

    Was the truck eng. turned off while it was still in gear? you can hook a chain to it with key on and rock it back and forth to see if it goes into N, jumping the starter with a wire can work but moving the truck a little bit will tell you if its still in gear?
