    I'm having the exact same issue on my 2011 VNL. Already replaced the foot valve, tractor protection valve, and the relay valve under the 5th wheel still. Still have pressure feeding back through the foot valve engaging my brakes.

    I just had the same exact problem replacing the ATR-6 traction relay valve fixed my issue
