Volvo d11 coolant valve

Working on a 2011 volvo with a d11. Need to replace the coolant filter. All of the coolant shut offs I have seen are a shafts with a roll pin you turn. This one is a large nut with a Allen head bolt in the middle of it. Any insight on how to turn off the valve
