    I have a Wabco air comp and it doesn’t kick in/ stop when is supposed to. Changed the governor, same thing. Now I don’t know where to buy the unloader valve, volvo dealer says that they can sell me just the whole compressor.
    Any ideeas?

    Check all the lines for restriction.
    Just because parts are new does not mean they are good. Figure out how to test it and repair what is wrong.
    Is the unloader valve not in the head?
