Volvo D13 EGR valve gasket leaking

My egr is seaming little bit is it a problem?

 

Failing when they start leaking like that

 

Maybe I put the gasket??

Hi nas, i changed Egr valve ,Egr tube and i did put all new gaskets and shims but my egr tube is whistling some air,we tried couple of times and now its little better. Do you have any suggestion what could be the problem ? Thx

 

the only thing i will suggest is that the tube is not sealed properly its a pain to get this to line up properly small possibility the flex is broken but not very likely.
