Anyone work on a D7C engine with a bosch injectiin pump. I have changed the shutoff valve (EHAB) new supply/primer pump. Cannot get fuel to pass through the injector pump. Found the feed going to the EHAB vale has power on both wires battery voltage on one and the other is 3 volts less than the battery voltage. I ooened the ECM and cannot see any cause no blistering on the board or any sign of heat.
