It would have regen yes but the hot exhaust only comes on when vehicle the regen

How about those auxiliary dual gauges, oil temp and water temp, do they already have wiring on vnl780 2013?, do they need to be ecm programed to work or r they plug&play?

Anything you want to change in the dash you have to replace dash and program it as well
