Yh right we had one that was out adjustment so it was chucking it in to early and it broke 1 or 2 sets of 5 teeth inside and we had it all repaired and took it for a drive and you would 2nd high split coming into a gate and drop it into low and every time it would clunk and grind so we looked into it further and found this, and that was on an 2004 fh12 500 with the turbo compound, and we have another one now where high split in any gear grinds because the clutch master clylinder the o-rings swelled up inside and the pedal wouldnt return ect, so i think it is because the pedal was like that it was very hard to find any gear so the split was alot more because it was all he could find and so it was clunking because of the pedal and now high split is u/s
