Volvo FMI 9 communication/data link problems

I have a Volvo FH 13 that starts sometimes and does not start at other times. I changed the vehicle ecu and the starter relay but that hasnt resolved the problem. The codes are all FMI 9, with (MID144 & PSID200/205/208), (MID128 & PSID200/201/205). Lately, i cant even read the error codes with VCADS as it now cant read any of the ECUs. Can anybody help?
