Volvo high voltage problem

07 vnlD13 780 the small wires with the fuse where do they go I red,black,yellow and whit

I had Volvo VNL 670, 2011 with cummins isx engine. Had the same issue the voltage would go up to 17.6. It did throw some codes but i don’t remember them but also both tractor and trailer stoped working also i couldn’t open the windows because probably of the high voltage and i don’t know if the computer tried to protect it self. This only happen when it was raining. I opened the hood and first thing i wanted to check was cables from battery and the one next to firewall. Those cables next totbr firewall were wet. My issue was the black plastic that is under the wipers and above that firewall was broken( of course from the mechanics who “fix” the truck). Anyway i dried that cables and fix that plastic because it was leaking water since then i have no issues. Hope this will be helpfull for somebody here.

Hey guys. I have a 2007 cummins ISX. Dash is showing a battery with an exclamation point. Also, my voltage is up 15.5.
Any ideas of what it might be?
