My cab AC does not blow very hard for long I have to turn off AC ond recirculation and crank the fans for a few minutes then turn the AC back on. Also there's lots of water dripping out the bottom of the truck and more than normal. I changed both the cab and bunk air filters. The water leaking is coming from somewhere behind where I am pointing not those two pipes

More than likely your heater core is leaking. You have to have the housing removed to see where it is leaking from.

Behind those two pipes is a rubber drain plug, make sure that it is not clogged up.

System is low on refridgerant, works for a bit, freezes up, then when you shut off a/c thaws out a bit and drains hvac box.

No air flow across evaporator so no cool air out cab vents
