VOLVO Speed Sensor

I am having the same sort of issue. 20001 Volvo D12C 465/ 10 speed eaton autoshift. while driving down the road ill have the speedo start jumping up and down and the engine starts to cut in & out intermittently. Had codes for Accelerator Pedal Position % and speed sensor on the transmission. I replaced the accelerator pedal and the 2 speed sensors on the transmission. The truck was fine for a few weeks, no codes or any issues. Then all those symptoms came back, but no codes were showing up. Found out i didnt have the correct EECU on the engine. I got the proper EECU and got it programmed for my truck. picked the truck up from the dealer and everything was working great. I drove the truck about 350KM and the truck started acting up again. The truck started showing me codes and a "Check Cab Controller at next stop" Message.

Check pedal switches first) usual problem for Volvo

 

and check VSS wiring

 

do you by any chance have a diagram the plug on the fire wall(DS) with the numbering and description of each cable?

 

Pablo. I have problem. Seems like you are the only one able to help. No shops, neither mechanics...I have Volvo 780 07' with cummins isx. My speedo needle is going crazy. I am speeding up (let's say from 65 up) and needle's going down to 40-45. If I will lift up my foot 1/8" for a split second, needle is going up to actual speed. Going steady and all of a sudden needle's going down again to 40-50. And again and again. I can control my speed looking on the GPS but something's going wrong.
If I will set cruise control speed, it is steady ap to the moment when truck needs more power to keep desire speed. Then again power goes up, needle goes down and ECU is shutting CC down.
I have replaced speed sensor. Did not help. I tested gouges with the cluster self test, everything perfect.
What I can do to resolve the problem?

Now not all the time but sometimes when I go up hill look like my truck loosing power for couple seconds and gas pedal don't work for 2-3 seconds. After that it starts working fine. Does this couple times per day..it gave me code ecm transmission. Any ideas on this
