    I was wondering has anyone changed there steering wheel in there Volvo. I wanted to get a different style but don’t know if it can be done because of the air bag. And if someone has done it did you get a check code because of the air bag.

    What year Volvo? Do you have steering wheel controls you would miss?

    Newer ones have a lot of controls you can't do without on the wheel. I don't mean things you might miss, I mean things that make the truck operable.

    I have a 2012 vnl 670 with only the air bag and horn no other buttons.

    My 2006 volvo has the city (2 buttons by your thumbs) and air horn (center) in the steering wheel
