Brake demand /load sensor circuit shorted. located under left foot panel inside the cab. There is three or four of them all same style.

Take the lower left foot panel off. You will see bottom right sensor on air manifold. Unplug it and it will probably be green inside. Bleed all air from truck. release sensor with screwdriver. About $60 or so at Volvo. If you need to replace 3 wire connector, go to auto parts store and ask for 2005 Ford F350 Powerstroke Diesel I.P.R. oil pressure sensor connector. Volvo wants to sell the whole harness only $$$$$$$$.

No. Inside cab. Plastic panel where your tilt steering wheel pedal is. Remove plastic panel with T25 torx driver. You will see air manifold. Pressure switch in lower left corner.

I think i found it. It has 3 like this they are same number i tried to switch them to see if any changes but nothing. The left bottom one i think is from the airbags because when i took it off it start bleeding air and airbags dropped. And the right bottom i took it off and its leaking only when i apply the brake pedal. Just to replace the bottom right one ?

I just remembered (not at shop to verify) that after replacing sensor, reset procedure as follows (1) air truck up fully (2) turn truck off 30 seconds (3) key on, hold brake pedal down for count of 10 (4) key off 30 seconds. Start truck. Should be reset. Hope my memory is correct.

Here I’m back again. I have to say thanks to everyone who tried to share their knowledge and helped me. I did replace these sensors, so code MID 136 SID 78 FMI 2 stands for the top sensor and the MID 136 SID 77 FMI 2 is the bottom one which i will post picture. In volvo they have some cross number for that part and it is #22443498. I will show also post pic. Thanks again.
