Volvo VNL760 2021 NOx issues

Hey guys, I have an 2021 VNL with a D13 and 500k miles on it. Recently got a parked regen request, did it twice and no results, soot level is still in the yellow zone. Then I connected my laptop and found those faults:
P2200 - NOx Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1, Circuit Open
P229E NOx Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2, Circuit Open
P2205 NOxSensor Upstream Heater Element Temp Low, Circuit Open
P22A2 NOx Sensor Heater Control Bank 1 Sensor 2, Circuit Open

Tried to do forced regen from the diagnostic software but still no results. Temperature during regen was 950-980 degrees, DPF differential pressure is about 0.33-0.36psi.
Is there any chance that both sensors are broke down at the same time or it’s another issue causing open circuit fault? Like harness, fuses
