    Dont know if there still in bussiness, but W.L. Davis was the California (suck) run out of Fort Worth TX. I only did this because I needed the job at the time. Leave on tues. 10 or 11 am if lucky, sometimes 2 or 3 pm. Drop at Shamrock Phoenix wed. morning. Dead head to L.A. Sleep a few hrs. Do 6 or 7 pickups ( LTL ) that would take you into late afternoon and evening. Run hard and tired as far as possible into AZ. Sleep a few, then run as far as possible into TX. Back in F.W. Sat. in the AM. May sound crazy, but I did this many times!! W.L. Davis only had 8 or 10 trucks. Brought back from Calif. frozen food stuff for the asian markets in F.W. and Dallas. :biggrin_25511: Yea I know, I was crazy...
