You begin by sealing the box and cleaning the heater and evaporator coils, the blower motor may need replaced, but its included in a new box if you go that route. and make sure the squirrel cage is on in the right direction. Consider blocking off "fresh air intake" that is a lossy spot for airflow and is nothing cracking open a window cant solve
Use floor setting as your guide as to how strong it is
Only if none of that improves air flow do you go digging around the internal box for loose baffles and stuck actuators.

If ya read my words, I already told ya
So have ya finished it yet? -
I read your words. YOU didn't physically do the work YOURSELF. Try reading mine. Maybe do it four or five times so it sinks in before wasting time responding. I'll be adding you to my ignore list now as well.
-
Great. I can add you too. You're lying anyway.
-
Eh I’ve been ignored by betterVampire, skallagrime and Isafarmboy Thank this.
-
OP reminds me of trying to converse with the EX. Same end result, we're both on ignore list, as we should be!
-
At this point im just curious what his criterion and reasoning for assuming people are lying about having done it themselves are, its absolutely baffling to me as to why he doesnt either believe people, its quite evident hes apparently never seen and compared t600, w900 and t800 of various 2006 and earlier years up close and personal aside from the exteriorrollin coal, Vampire, MM71 and 3 others Thank this.
