    Hey guy's
    W900
    year 2000
I have replaced my pin & bushing on my leaf spring hangers. It seems that my bushing was welded in on the left side - Should I weld this back in place with the wheel on the ground or should I have it jacked up with the pressure off it?

Gong solely by your post as to what "welded in" means... no way. Fix the problem properly, don't weld in a new bushing. Somebody did a cheap crap "repair" somewhere along the way by the sound of it.

I wonder what type of rods you use for brass to steel.
