So I just got into a W900 with sleeper and it threw me out when I found out it turns more to left than to the right. What's the purpose for this?

The front end was wrecked and whoever put it back together didn't center everything up.

You should have stops in the axle. Sounds like one bolt is too far out/in.

    ChadFelix Thanks this.

Be careful with the stops. Too far on the right side and you will show wear marks on the Pittman arm.

    ChadFelix Thanks this.

My W9 turns left sharper than right by a touch bc the steering box is ahead of the drivers steer tire: if it cut harder to the right the tire would rub the box.

    OP
Could be the stops, could be the box, could be you'll just get used to it after a while.

    ChadFelix and passingthru69 Thank this.
