I have some for my 82 W900a. They are individual diagrams for each system like lights, HVAC, power distribution, etc. What you looking for?

Question for you. I have a 79 w900a dump truck that I bought five months ago. She’s in #### good shape even electrical ain’t that bad. I was wondering if you had the hvac wiring diagram for it. My problem is the guy who had it last just unhooked all the wiring and tied it in so heat is on full time. Well I took that all apart removed the panel to get at the wiring and would like to rewrite it properly. But can’t for the life of me find the diagrams for this simple system. I’m good at wiring but need the diagram. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it’s beyong frustrating. Even the Kenworth dealers here in Canada look at you like the truck was never built when asked. Lol.

What do you mean about the heat being on all the time?

Have you shut the valves off on the engine that feed the water to the heater core?

If you need parts go to a good Peterbilt dealer. A lot of parts for older KWs that Kenworth calls obsolete, a Pete dealer can get.

There's pretty much no parts availability on these trucks thru Kenworth. I tried seeing if they could get me replacement frame rails. Best they could do were undrilled rails at $9k apiece.

I have only gotten a couple things from the dealer, but have had decent luck so far. Having access to master parts catalog helps. I am not worried about being totally original, so B model parts and aftermarket is route I am going. I am re-railing sleeper back. Going to call these guys to see if they can bend some up Truck Frame Rails & Chassis Components - Vicon Fabricating
