W990 Speed Limiter FIASCO

Well We're A Central US Based Company So That's Not Out of The Question, But We Aren't A Cali Based Carrier And Rarely Go There So Thankfully Were Not Sitting There Dealing With The Nonsense Or It Would Surely Be 10 Times Worse. Texas Ain't But 10 Hours Down And 10 Hours Back Lmao! Hoping We Can Have A Solution That Doesn't Require That But Surely Will Not Be Out Of The Question.

I've Gone So Far As To Considering An ECM From A 2022 With A Digital Dash, X15 Etc That May Bypass Some Of This. I'm Hoping It Doesn't Turn Into A Resolve That Big, But Trying To Plan Out Possible Options If Needed.
