Kiaora.
I have an issue with a wabco ABS self test.
On ign on the unit will not self test. No 3sec flash. It’s not the bulb.
After checking it over I found there’s no power
to the ECU test switch on the unit.
Another head scratch. There is 12.5 Volts at the wheel spin signal pin. 18 pin plug. Pin 16.
I can’t find any info on what pin should have what voltage.
Any Wabco experts out there.
Wabco 4s/4m ABS problem.

I had that problem, the power harness was the problem. Mine was about 10 ft long, plugged into another harness along the side rail that ran up to the pigtail. In other words work back with a test light from the ecu. You can repair a broken wire., but it’s a DOT violation. Wabco site has all the information you could possibly need.

My link no longer exists. I found this, same website. Has all the info you need.

There’s 12.5 volts on both pin inputs in ECU so I think it’s alive.
I gotta figure out what powers the ECU test switch. The wires to that that are dead.

If you want some substantial help, post your last 6 of VIN so I can look up wiring applicable to your unit.QUALITYTRUCK Thanks this. -
