We are discussing waiting for a load. If the company I am working for has nothing for me to do I go home and find someone with work.
Here we usually know before we stop where we are going next. If I do not I give them the 10 minutes it takes to swap out to get me something or I am on the phone.
It has nothing to do with Walmart getting better treatment at a shipper, but how well they organize your work load to keep you moving.
