waiting for load offers... ever been there?

Get them on the phone and flip out. That usually works, or threaten to quit. They are playing games cause you are new driver and they think they can. Put your foot down and see if that helps.

 

Ya, don't know how many times down south I'd be sitting waiting for a load, get a pre-plan come across, return the accept macro, only to have it bounced back because the load is no longer available. Yet another reason I left that company. Dropping a pre-plan on a bunch of drivers so they can see if they can be the first to respond is a sure fire way to keep drivers awake when they need to be resting.
