Waiting on New Trucks thread.

The Craftsmen Utility location in St Charles, MO, is outstanding.

 

Plus the labor for approved repairs is flat rated and you can’t possibly do the repairs in that time

 

I may end up trying them in the future then as I go through there on a regular bases. So far I have been putting these issues off because I did not want to let my trailer sit for a week plus to get it done.

 

I figure this is why a lot of trailer shops suck under warranty. They do everything they can not to deal with you it seems like.

 

On trailer warranty repairs, Trudel trailers in Hudsonville has treated me right.

 

Are new paccars much better? When I talked to my Pete dealer about a 567 a few weeks ago they said they only had paccar slots left so I kind of lost interest,

Seems to be a lot more Trucks on the Dealers lots lately. Truck paper magazine has a lot of independent ads. Some of the old Trucks are still crazy high priced. Makes me wonder if they’re just being hopeful. I can’t imagine someone paying so much for a 24+ yr old Truck. 2000 379 for $80k. Maybe they can still get it? I don’t know anymore. The amount of Truck capacity has grown so much. Every Truck I’ve owned depreciated 50% in 4 yrs. 75% in 8 yrs. My current Trucks worth 66% more than I paid 14 yrs ago. None of it makes sense. Everything’s just way out of whack.
