Friend of mine talked to the salesman at KW in Yakima last week. He was told KW was having meetings this week to decide dealer allotments and once they know how many they’re going to get he would let him know about a 2023 build date.

Morehouse just put a few new 680s and a 990 into service and can't get apus for them .
They are installing high watt inverters in them and removing the idle perimeters from the ecm.Vampire, Geronimo17, Speed_Drums and 6 others Thank this. -
Wow I can't believe what we are seeing here .
Now I'm glad I avoided fleet maintenance programs on my truck and maintained it religiously and got certain things done before the sun set on the ability to do such .
970k on it and still sharp and good to go for another 500k .Vampire, Geronimo17, JolliRoger and 8 others Thank this. -
I believe Ford is doing the same. When they finally release all of those it is going to be interesting. Do they offer incentives to buy a 2ish year old new car? Soooooo many problems are going to crop up when they hit the market. Plus, will it flood the market and bring all prices down? Interesting times for sure. Just the electronical nightmares alone. Plus seals, seized brakes, Tires, fueling issues. Can you imagine all of the water/condensation in those tanks!Vampire, Blue jeans, Mattmanstroked and 8 others Thank this.

Nice , what engine are you running? Still original or you get a rebuild? 970k is impressive, especially if emissions engine. I hope to get that out of mine.Vampire, bzinger and shooter19802003 Thank this.

So they are going to have alot of emissions problems in the near future from extended idling.Vampire, Isafarmboy, Lostkeys and 2 others Thank this.

There's over 150 container ships sitting off the coast in LA right now because they can't get enough drivers into the ports to offload them fast enough. In a few months the same problem will be worse because the few available drivers won't have trucks that are running. This is turning into the perfect storm.

I got a call from a guy who used to be the head salesman at a big city Pete dealer. This was a guy who'd been a salesman forever and had good contacts and tons of repeat business.
He's selling life insurance now.Vampire, Blue jeans, JolliRoger and 14 others Thank this. -
Sounds like he took a step backwards. I was a licensed insurance broker for 30 years and made a great living, but today it's a tough way to make a living, especially just selling life insurance.shooter19802003 Thanks this.
