I always felt that Paccar only cared about their bottom line. They couldn't care less if they sold a lemon because they are like Apple or Harley Davidson, the fan boys just line up line with their blinders on and their wallets open.

My experience with my local Pete dealer has been the opposite. Peterbilt in Garden City also had knowledgeable techs the one time I was in there with the 2019 I had. The dealers can send their techs to training for the MX13 same as they can to get them Cummins certified and Cat certified before that.
