I don't like this idea i don't mind to walk away from pam and go somewhere else that doesn't bother me if i can do it with clean dac record that almost way i prefer it keep ya updated.

Will just say good luck and keep us updated. Anything else would not help.
-
Well i talked to my student liason lady and i got to say i little diasspointed trainers boss is going to call me this afternoon but they do support the lieing on log books method or overlook it so to speak but they did offer me new trainer so we'll see where this goes.
-
Good they offered a new trainer. Let us know how it goes.

Keep us posted/updated when you can. -
I bet you're going to be on PAM's excrement list.
Threatening to take matters "to the next level" will just about guarantee they'll give you a bad time and a bad recommendation from them in the future. It may be illegal to bad-mouth you to another potential employer, but believe me, they have their codes and ways to identify what they consider a trouble maker.
Not a good way to start a career.
Why not just go along with the trainer for the short time you'll be with him? Then, when you're on your own, log it 100% legal if you want to.
I think you'll soon discover the reason your trainer did what he did and learn what a PITA logging 100% legal is with many companies.
Logging wasn't invented by Big truck truck drivers, --- it was invented by desk drivers. Most of whom haven't a clue what the trucking industry is all about.
If you feel it's necessary to leave any company, it's not wise to burn any bridges. Just go your way.
Don't rock the boat unnecessarily when the voyage has just begun.
They might just throw you overboard in shark infested waters.
Good luck.
I think you're gonna need it.
Scarecrow03, leannamarie and dancnoone Thank this. -
Reality usually sets in at the 6 month mark.
It really smacks them in the ### when they see other drivers with a paycheck thats a good 30%+ higher than theirs every week.
And I agree, getting on that #### list can be a pain. But, if an employer will overlook it for a trial period. They generally realize how much BS it was to begin with (if it was sour grapes). Been there done that too. Have a closet full of the T-shirts.

You and me both, amigo!
And one size fits all.
Been there
Done that
And now I'm writin' the book -
