I'm responding to the question regarding the NEW PAYSCALE. IF You were hired in May, it doesn't apply to you.
Sure you can make 80k, the new guys will never get there.

If you take your PTO and not work, you'll make about 60k on the new payscale. What's with the unnecessary hostility? It shows you are the one who has no clue.

Well I ain’t in the new pay scale. Fact of matter is. These new .38 cent drivers coming over here trying to run the show. Why would someone just cash in there pto and not take vacation time. That sounds like horse #### to me. New drivers will never see 65k even if they work there ### off. I can take my dam green bar and compare what I do to the new pay scale and it will make them sick. But all us drivers on the old scale they looking for ways to fire our ##### anyway they can.

I think They can. Their stop pay is just about like ours. $9 per activity. Really they are just $.12-$.13 cents a mile less. 97,000 -13 or 14k for mileage is still 83 84k a year. And still have good time off.

Apparently you weren't paying attention at the meeting. The new guys get paid BT: $0 HK: $0 Once AD at store: $9 HK $9 if dead head back to dc AD: $0 ET: $0 you do the math.

That is not what they are being paid. They get the same activities we do according to our new guys.

Further the new guys make what they make. It is on them if that is enough to work here. I am baffled by this constant barrage denigrating them. I still maintain it is fueled by people that washed out of Walmart. Just petty jealousy.

I would suggest talking to the HR Manager to get it straight from them. So far as I know no one here is on the pay scale. I could tell you what I have heard, and someone will say I am full of it, another will call someone a name and you still will not have an answer.

Apply and ask HR. They will tell you straight ;)

I do that at my company at the end of the year. That’s 3 extra paychecks.
