Waiting to hear back from walmart.

I left a job I thought I would retire from 7 years agwnership changed, managers were let go and the changes started.I found myself constantly angry and complaining at work. After some time I realized the company I had worked for wasn't going to accomodate me or the other drivers, they were going to run the company the way they saw fit. as I had over 23 years with a good driving record I updated my resume and ended up at Walmart. The reason Walmart drivers make a good annual salary is simple, they keep us busy ALL THE TIME! every driving job I have ever had had slow periods or cut runs or a whole host of other issues. Although these current changes are difficult I feel that this is the best place for this driver at this time. For what it's worth.

 

My first year we were slow a couple weeks in Dec and most of January. Every year since I have never seen a slow down. Maybe a couple days with some wait time, but after the holidays we start dirt mulch, then we get swamped with summer stuff and bottled water. Good grief I never realized how much water we sell. Then comes back to school, halloween, Thanksgiving, November madness into the big event, and then we hit January into dirt and mulch..........

Really the last 4 have flown by so fast I look up and realize I have not had to cut the grass in a month. Shoot today I realized it started to grow again and had to mow.......

Suppose to start on March 19 but having second thoughts is it true you can’t eat or drink while driving?
