You are right on. After they install a camera in the cab watching the driver,cell phone use will go way down.Even drivers that have 2 phones won't be making any more calls.

They just fired some more drivers for texting while in "on duty" status. One was a 30 year vet....they are dead serious about this guys
Still firing drivers for excessive talking on cell phones. Take heed...it is open season on drivers using cell phones.
