So throw it in reverse when he gets out and back away from his truck. Then stand between his truck and yours while you call the police. They can't charge you a dime unless they get it hooked up, so don't let them. That's why the guy ignored you. If he didn't get chained up, there was nothing he could do.

Well blame it on the few bad apples that ruin it for everyone else. Now having said that there are a few Wal/Marts that actually have built designated parking for trucks. The new store in Effingham Il. has about 15 truck parking spots, and somewhere in Ne. on I 80 there is a wal/mart with about 30 desiganated truck spots. If the few slobs that throw there trash out in the parking lot and dump there urine bombs on the lot would show a little class, maybe these stores would be more receptive to letting us park there at least while we shop.

I love the one off of xt 237 (Lexington). They've got parking for 40 or 50 trucks there and its designed so that you don't even have to walk that far to get into the store. Also have lots of eating places within walking distance there.

After I started this post I've really had a chance to put it all in perspective,The Wal Mart I was ran out of probably had good reason to not want trucks in their lot. Drivers we need to address this problem of image of drivers and let the drivers you run across who have contributed to this stereotype what kind of piece of ##*! they are and go out of the way to press the fact all of our actions affect each other on a daily basis.Might explain why you run with your CB squelch on high and volume turned down. Thanks for all the posts

I wanna start an HD towing company in NYC and get rich off the morons who think its ok to drive trucks on roads that have "passenger cars only" signs clearly posted.....

i was recently kicked out of a walmart parking lot. 1st the rental cop tried to stop me from even getting out to go in to shop. by yelling me at as i ignored his old man grimmy voice(always seems to be some old guy they have in those rental cop cars) when you come back your truck is gonna be gone I'm calling the towing company. So i get inside walmart and i ask for the store manager, .....he shows up i tell him I'm a truck driver just here to by some things and I'll be then i'll be gone but you security guard is threatening to tow my truck. all i want is a few things like razors shaving cream bathroom stuff i might even by a flat screen for my truck and some movies if you let me stay and shop....the managers says no problem as long your aware you can't park your truck over night in parking lot...i said i didn't plan to stay long but much like the people in the cars i need things to i just happen drive a semi. he said no problem and he would take care of the security guard. i give walmart maybe $340 of my money because i brought a flat screen TV and DVD player plus the other bathroom stuff i needed. i get out to my truck I'm loading the TV in and out the corner of my eye i see the rental cop and a real police car. of course the security guard has a big ##### eating grin on his face, the real cop get out with a attitude..."didn't he tell you no trucks allowed on the property other than walmart trucks" i said no he just said he call a towing company.....of course the fake cop say he told me and i ignored him......i told the real cop that i got permission from the store manager and we can ask him. (to cut this story short because it's already long) i ended up still having to leave the property but i didn't plan to stay long anyway. but i got a apology from the real officer and the store manager and i seen the security get embarrassed when the store manager explained to me and the officer that his walmart store will welcome truckers and there semi's as long as there shopping at walmart and don't park in the parking lot over night.
