wal-mart phone interview tomorrow..any insight?

Youve been a driver for 21 years you should be able to educate the interviewer.

 

You should be ashamed of yourself for working for walmart. Walmart is a very bad unethical company that abuses their workers, sends US jobs to China, wants the minimum wage stopped, and does everything in its power to destroy the middle class in America. You should be ashamed to work for these weasels!!

 

Stay on subject when answering questions.

No road/war stories.

my friend just retired from wal-mart with about 25 years working there. he also is retiring with about 1/2 mil in the bank that he earned there. lots of luck and hope you do as well as my friend did.

Please make a thread about your Wal-Mart experience for us to follow along. I've been reading quite a bit about sour grapes from current drivers, and I'd like to hear more about how new drivers feel about the company with their new policies.

 

That was when they had the profit sharing program. The walmart profit sharing program was replaced with a regular 401k in 2010. Many store workers had built up 500k or more with the OLD walmart profit sharing plan. Walmart workers today DON'T get that! All they get is a regular 401k that's it, the walmart profit sharing program was ended in 2010. Google it.
