@rolldice25 -- As indicated above...it is indeed a "driver's market" out there right now...& there's no really good reason you should tolerate such an unprofessional world. To answer your qtn: no, leaving won't kill your driving future--but you do need to be much more careful with your choice for the next carrier. Suggestion: for your next carrier--pick one that is no-touch freight. You need to be focusing your energies on learning how to drive--leave the loading/unloading part to the dock people. For your next carrier--you need options. The Forum here can definitely help--but we need to know where you live (the closest city/state will work ok), and what endorsements (if any) you have....?
