Walmart tends to take a while to unload.

My carrier charges them detention - which I get paid - if I'm there on-time at the CTO window. I'll guarantee you that they have me out of there before 2 hours after appointment time, every time

Obviously, Kraft thought they could bs their way past the Walmart system. Too bad it cost you 30 hours of your time because someone at Kraft couldn't follow simple procedures.:biggrin_25513:

I know exactly what you mean. I have had the same experience at the wal-mart d.c.'s. No more then 2 hrs early but late jus a few min they will reschedule you usually 24 hrs or at least that is what happened to me once and I have heard the same thing from other drivers.

Its just the way their scheduling software works. It won't spit out dock assignments more than 1 hour before appointment time most places - although if they're not busy, the folks at the CTO will do that manually. If you blow the appointment time and they need to reschedule, the scheduler will always go to the next day.
