Walmart here I come 2.0

This is where i`m trying to decide what to do, I`m a line-haul driver for a food service company pulling doubles, i work Sunday-Thursday nights. Gross around 62-65K a year, but from what i read on here it could be a 20-30K pay increase

 

It’s a trade off. Yes, the money is great, easy high 80s low 90s without running hard at all. You’ll probably start out on extra board meaning you’ll slip seat trucks. Working weekends will be a definite. And you’ll be sleeping in a truck, not your bed. Although they pay almost 9k a year just to sleep in the truck.

I actually just left WM to run linehaul Sun-Thurs. For me, a little less pay, but home everyday and I have Friday and Saturday off. It works better for my wife and 4 kids. WM is a good company to drive for just not the right fit for me.
