Just had a coach at a store tell me her baby daddy hired in around Thanksgiving as a "Cap team lead" @$27/hr. Found out when she did his taxes.
Let that sink in to all the fellow PPC. (Proud penny crew)

 

Thats my point, every one got a decent raise except certain drivers so much for respect for the individual, equality....

Oh and that $110k is less than the $84k I made when I started 7 years ago factoring in inflation, and the bottom rising to the top as we stay stagnant

 

If they haven't changed it then this is how the extra pay for Sat and Sun worked. If Sat was your go home day you didn't get it but if you worked into Sun then you got it for both days. If Sat and Sun were your scheduled work days and you took one of them days off you still got the extra for the other day.

 

do you guys work directly for Walmart? or is this similar to running amazon freight via relay?

 

The .89 advertised is obviously a comprehensive amount adding up all the additional trip or duty pay involved
