No one knows what you guys do at swift.

 

I would say to anyone applying to this job to fully commit and move close to a DC. You'll be able to see the house during the week and you'll be able to start your hometime much sooner after the work week is over. If you have a family that loves to see you it's a win-win.

 

Lol I'm always close to a DC, unfortunately it's never mine. Only see my domiciled DC on out/home day.

 

Some weeks are like that for me, but not many. I could be home twice a week atleast if I want to. But I hate driving into work in the morning because I love to sleep in. But on go home day it's so nice just to drive 30 minutes to the house. I'm not sure how you guys can do 3-5 hours after a 14 hr shift.

 

No disrespect but if that's all your making daily I would transfer or quit.

They gave me 300k and I have both wouldn't give me that cool mil though

And just FYI, I was told by a 20 yr. guy not long ago that when he hired on, the drivers were telling him not to do it. They said the private fleet was going away. 20 YEARS AGO!!!!! Bwahhhahhhh!!!!!!
