Have fun slip seating again. Re-bidding 3 times a year. Walmart doesn't want the top earners around. They want cheaper hands. If you don't quit on your own, they'll find a way to gig you on something.
3 years and lots of changes. Its just a job. Walmart seems to be gearing up for more e-commerce to compete against Amazon.
I'll wish you God Speed as well when they actually lay you off in 5 years. You get paid too much. Swift can do it cheaper. I know they told you the same. It was OK while it lasted. Hang in there Mr. Moustache man, itll get better. I'm just thankful I paid off my mortgage while I was here, & didn't buy a 60k lifted Diesel Truck.. Smile for the cameras in March and don't you dare reach for the coffee mug and get caught on camera for
    "Distracted Driving " .. Lol

We were told only total rebid once next march, no inward camera to smile at. More 5/2-5/3, 6/3 program to utilize trucks more less down time.
Good luck at your new job bye bye

I think it sucks for all of us. Especially you 15 year plus guys.
Its the beginning of the end Ive seen it before. I will ride it out and hope for the best. It's a sad day when 3 and 4 million mile guys have to share their trucks. Mr. Walton is rolling in his grave.
I will still make great money for now and get 35 paid days off a year.

Greg Smith is on a mission

Cameras will have Driver Facing Camera as well. It will not be enabled though.. for now. Unless they detect through their data that they should consider driver facing camera as well. Won't be long til they enable the driver facing camera.

I heard about the award trucks and kind of side on Walmart. Alot of these guys go on LOA for months and the equipment just sits for months not being used. Walmart has decided to use these trucks when all other trucks are out on the road and they'll only be assigned to one driver for a whole week.
