You have a point..2million safe miles puts you at the front of the line at any company. Actually, any Walmart driver who wasn't fired for an infraction would probably have a pretty good choice of jobs...might have to get an interim job but something good if not better than Walmart would eventually come down the road..
Walmart here I come!

Isn't Walmart's hiring process rather lengthy? If so, how long is the man supposed to twiddle his thumbs waiting for a response?
I wouldn't fill out applications one at a time either.creeder86, BackIsSore and drvrtech77 Thank this. -
Whats wrong with having options?..walmart isn't the best anymoredboy817 Thanks this.

...is the mileage pay book miles, or hub miles?
-
Hub. But they monitor your out of route miles . Certain percentages of excess mileage they allow before they have a talk with you .

Never heard of anyone being called on excess miles
-
I have not been called on it personally, but I heard they do monitor that when I was being trained. With that being said, I know of 2 different drivers who were spoken to about their excess miles, no threats against them. Just a talk between them and a Manager. At a DC in Texas by the way. Not sure how bad they went on excess miles.
