Many of us wouldn't leave or thought of if management didn't pull what they did this year. Only a fool would believe we're the issue that needs to be fixed to battle Amazon. Their message is clear, we want slobby cheap low experienced drivers to pay cheap. You guys who want a decent paycheck for your years of safe driving are not welcomed.

Their actions shown through, they truly want the dumbest and laziest in every category and now their driver pay will become the bottom of the industry just like this company can boast for its retail.

Walmart only has itself to blame by promoting lazy store employees and scaring off the hard workers. These schlubs that have made it up through the ranks by just drinking the koolaide and backstabbing others have truly made what our stores are: Drug havens, filthy and a mess. It shows with every GR delivery how F'd store management is.

I've known people who've worked the front lines, whenever someone with a bit of intelligence was hired the dumb & slow lifer's would gang up and make sure their experience with the company was horrible because they felt threatened to see someone promoted in 5 months when they haven't been in 15 years.

Whew the amount of laziness is pathetic at these stores!!!! Man I mean straight awful laziness at these stores!!!! Hell I had to get a manager to sweep my trailer out. Because the woman went and hid. These stores are awful, 65% of the associates don't want to work. But they surely want a check.

    drvrtech77 and BackIsSore Thank this.

They show up to work and breathe means give me a paycheck. That's the same drivers that'll be coming onboard from now on out.
