I take it you don't like Wally driver co-workers stating facts on this here forum ? Tough Cookie bud. If a current driver wishes to speak his mind so be it. EVEN If he still works for WMT. Better get used to reading gripes on TTR, they'll be alot more of it next year.

 

All true. None of which changes the fact our mission is to support the stores not be a trucking company.

All those number are required, all those trailers haul what the DCs and stores need. When they stop having sales through the registers we will be gone not the other way around. Hard fact to swallow, but it is a fact.

 

No problems with facts. Most of the folks stating "facts" are not. They are trolling, ex-associates, or drivers out on disability, or disciplinary leave.

Yes there's been wage cuts, yes the trucks you slip into will be filthy, yes you'll never get your own truck, yes management doesn't care about you in Bentonville, yes cameras are coming... I could go on & on and you keep telling us we're lying.

You've admitted before you worked at some real bad rookie OTR outfits before this place so I see why you're so willing to take it lying down.

 

Wage cuts are a lie. New guys are being hired for less but no current drivers pay has been cut. That is a fact.

I have never driven a filthy truck. I have had a one on one with a driver I was on a program with. He is no longer here because his lack of discipline in life got him arrested and fired in an unrelated matter. The only other problem truck was reported to Ops manager. He gave me a different one and that driver was held accountable.

I have no need for anyone in Bentonville to care about me. I will be here so long as the checks clear and the B'S stays manageable. If you need a hug ask they may give you one.

Yeah outboard cameras are coming. So are tablets, paperless BOLs, autoshift trucks......
