I never met a driver so happy for a one percent increase paid as a bonus. That’ll be a measly few hundred dollars when taxes eat it up.

And it sounds like you did have a few dirty trucks just by that comment. Oh it’s so enjoying to see drivers who never made more than 38 cpm from other companies Bend over backwards to defend the low life scum in Bentonville.

I will repeat every word I have said here, in a TO, in front of Bryan Most or you. I am not that hard to spot. I will have dark blue shirts with 66 on the sleeve.

I do not hate you work here. Plenty of miserable people. There are in every company, Wal-Mart is no different in that respect. Really does not effect me or my attitude at all.

What I will do is point out lies, and fabrications. I will make it known when folks are trolling in the anonymity of the internet, but still cashing that check (yeah yeah looking for the direct deposit).

Never said you were an ex. Said that some of the loudest complainers are. Like the terminated guy that ranted for 12 hours on facetwat when the changes were announced. All the miserable comments, and claims of being screwed fall on deaf ears. I tell you or anyone. If your not happy quit. Life is to short to be as miserable as this group of biddies is.

 

Funny some low paid otr carrier driver would care what kind of phone he has.

 

Only guys have quit can rant about how crappy this job has become on fb forums. Current drivers would be snitched on so quick by drivers who’ve never held a good job in their life hoping for a one up.

 

Happy? Dunno. They could have said no raises. Really what we got last year amounted to about 900-1k a year. This year will be a payout of 960 for me. So it is a wash.

Let's see I have never said where I have worked besides here. My two companies prior to here where not paid by the mile.

I have no need to defend Bentonville. The truck says Wal-Mart. They get to do what they want. Stay or go are our only choices.

Fact is most people bucking the system rat themselves out. And if the job is so bad why do you care? Hell you should be telling them in the office daily how you think they are screwing you. Man you folks need to grow up. No one is hunting you down.

Policy says that all trucks must be kept clean and serviceable, and any personal belongings left behind must be stowed out of the way.

If your finding, by your claim, consistent filthy trucks the problem lies in drivers and or management not addressing the issue and whining on the internet instead. Good grief how the he'll do you expect to fix the problem complaining here. Gonna try and get them banners, shame their screen name, find co-conspirators to make up for the fact your not bringing legitimate concerns up where they belong?

 

Oh they watch Walmart1, and the social pages with Wal-Mart in the name. But hunting you down? No.

If you had any management experience at all you would know most of them folks reveal themselves without any need to go looking for them.
