Swift pulls a boner

 

I can think of a lot of reasons not to have swift as dedicated walmart

 

Names not Jeff but feel free Sparky. I will use the exact same words in the office I have used here.

Unlike many I have no fear of accountability for my words because I choose them carefully.

 

I have already noticed the “New” breed of drivers Walmart has hired recently since the pay scale and qualifications have change. Staying out in the passing lane on a hill for starters instead of being in the truck lane. I have seen 2 of this at separate times recently. I know cause I climb the Cajon pass everyday. And other little stuff I’ve noticed. Yup..... there quality of drivers are changing.

 

The first drivers on the new scale will be hitting the road soon. That only encompasses applications taken after 10/2. The Walmart hiring process is long. Thus, you are seeing drivers of the "old" pay scale. My husband has been here 5 years. He sees Walmart drivers, periodically, not driving as they should. There are those "guys" in every crowd.
