Question for you guys. When you're filling out the app online how far back do they go for your work history? 10yrs?...longer? I drove OTR from 94 - 08. I'm assuming I would have to go back OTR for 3 years to meet their min. requirements.
Walmart here I come!

Adding 10 more positions in Menomonie, but not opening up any full time trucks or programs. Frustrating, but as long as I'm working a full schedule I can't complain too much. Glad things are going well Mr Peanut. Our paths may cross one day. I get into Spring Valley every once in awhile and see their drivers at other DC's and vendors. DDC class Monday at 8am. Looking forward to seeing the other guys I came aboard with as they are all scheduled for the same time. Take care and be safe everyone!
Mrpeanut Thanks this. -
Thanks guys for all of the replys I feel like I did when I first got my CDL and was trying to get my first job. Lol I know I going to be kicking my self in the butt for not doing it sooner lol

Just got an amazing lecture from my dispatcher, we are supposed to get 6 in of snow in 3 hrs tomorrow he told me if you don't feel comfortable driving shuter down will pay you. Wow! Just sit it out until you feel comfortable, he obviously missed the class at dispatcher school where they tought you how to be a Dik...
talked to two of the guys in my orientation all our checks were over 2 Woodenleg, the first week was only 14$ per hour the second week I made all the money my trainer got average daily pay. I also worked Saturday on my own I guess what ever you have in before Friday at midnite is included in that 2 weeks check.
I. Can tell already the money is consistenly good...Good luck you'll like it -
And its so much more then the money. Its the way they treat us.....
-
Thanks everyone for your input and there is something to be said about the way you get treated that is worth as much as your pay
