I have heard there are different choices depending on how much you want to spend, like different levels of coverage. Is this true?

Yes. Each state is set up a little different but you should have options available and it will all be discussed when you get into orientation.

Well first week is in the books. Gonna take some getting use to but all in all I'm glad I came over to the private fleet. Made around 1500 for my first week. That's not to shabby for right out of the gate. Still a lot to learn on being more efficient. I can see a lot if time wasted on my part but I'm sure I'll cut that back once I get my routine down. Your right Matt about getting in a routine it does help. Already got ideas on how to approach next week. You weren't lying about keeping you busy I kept them wheels a rolling.

Mike, take your time and do not rush. No one will judge you at all on productivity the first 90 days. Set a goal to be accident or incident free every day. A few extra minutes going in and out of a store, especially a Neighborhood Market, is much better than calling safety to report hitting a yellow pole or other fixed object. You will gradually see areas where you can make better use of your time without compromising safety. Keep your ETA accurate so the ROC can better preplan you. Get your rest and be ready to use up the 14 hours each day. When I first started I was making $300 a day. Within a few weeks I found ways to make better use of my time and quickly jumped to about $410 a day.

I hope you have a successful and happy future with the private fleet. :)

Thanks tom. Ya I was doing just like you said. Just taking it slow and easy. Some of the other new guys wanted to jump out go crazy. I just took my time made sure everything was good. Sometimes took me 30 minutes getting switched and out of the stores. Dcs take me awhile but I'll get quicker. That's what I liked was I'd start the day taking it easy thinking I'm not gonna make much today. By the end of the day I hit 300. Anything above 250 I consider all profit. Lol. In compared to my old job that is. I'm wore out though not gonna lie. Lol
