So I recently had my phone interview for the Hermiston Oregon DC,
And I passed !!!!! Yesterday I got the call to go in for the road test and pre trip on may 29th.. long wait. But from reading this thread it sounds like the wait is worth it.

Pre trip like I never did before and drive safe...

Anyone know info on this distribution center?

Also if I pass then they do background check and then call for orientation?

Thanks to you guys for making and contributing to this thread it's been amazing

drozzer69 and Boy Howdey Thank this.

Good luck. Been with them for 20+ years. Didn't have 2 nickels to rub together when I started and now have 1/2 million in retirement as I am approaching that time. Yea … there is a lot of BS … but I had rather be at the top of their board than the bottom of some one else's

Like most jobs … it isn't what it used to be, but it is most definitely is still better than most.

Much appreciated on your honesty there x. Thank you for contributing! This thread has helped many drivers know how it is here. I agree, even though I haven't been here long, that it is not what it was, but is better than most!

Hi guys, haven't been on in a while. What is the regional rodeo in Grove City? Filled out my 2nd app on the 7th. Didn't pass the physical for the Washington C.H. position, had to start over. Found out I'm diabetic!! The good news is I am controlling it with diet and exercise, have lost 10 pounds and do not have to take medication. I'm just hoping for that second chance. Grove City is where I applied, so I'm curious about the rodeo. Grabber Blue, are you out of Grove City?

Each dispatch has a driving rodeo. The winners of the local events go to the regional rodeo (one of which is in Grove City this year). Then the winners of the regionals go to the company rodeo.

    Roadhogg Thanks this.
